We celebrate love a hundred different ways each and every day: the joy we experience when we see a baby smiling; the pleasure we take in a friend’s latest Facebook or Snapchat offering; that small electric shock you get in the pit of your stomach when you see your partner of twenty years for the first time that day, and realise just how empty life would be without that person.
Then there are the big occasions when we go all-out to share our love and memories with family and friends: weddings and funerals, civil unions, and re-stating or reviewing our original marital vows.
Weddings and Civil Unions both require a government-licensed representative to witness that legalities are met: as a Registered Celebrant, I have that standing.
Equally importantly, it is my enormous pleasure and a great personal honour to help you celebrate your day.
When life leaves, love remains: I am also trained in helping celebrate the life of recently-deceased family members. It will always be a privilege to help you commemorate your beloved friend or family member.
There is always something extraordinarily joyous in helping a couple build on their years of shared experiences as they remember, re-state, and renew their love and their marital vows.
